14-Day Statutory Right of Withdrawal
1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, consumers purchasing items on our platform have the legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of physical receipt without providing any reason.
2. Condition of Returned Collector Slabs
Due to the secondary-market nature of graded collectible cards, items must be returned in their original, untampered condition with all security seals, holographic grading labels, and ultrasonic encapsulation intact.
3. Return Address & Refund Processing
Return shipments must be dispatched to our registered vault facility: URBANLINK Sp. z o.o., ul. Mikołaja Kopernika 28, 00-336 Warszawa, Poland. Once inspected by our QC department, full refunds are credited within 3-5 business days directly to the buyer's original payment method.
